Changes of Manuscript Language and JNTE Template

JNTE changes the publishing article language to a full English edition and also introduces a new template paper which uses for Vol. 10, No. 2 on July 2021. Please submit your manuscripts to the JNTE Journal in English and use the 2021 template paper.
