Perancangan Data Distribution Unit Sebagai Backup Data Posisi, Navigasi Dan Referensi Waktu Di Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia Untuk Sistem Pertahanan Terhadap GPS Jamming

Abstract


Semua kekuatan militer di seluruh dunia saat ini memiliki ketergantungan yang sangat penting pada data Positioning,  Navigation & Timing (PNT) yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS). Ketersediaan data PNT yang diperoleh dari perangkat GPS pada kapal Perang Republik Indonesia (KRI) akan sangat berpengaruh pada penentuan posisi kapal, data navigasi serta ketersediaan referensi waktu yang digunakan oleh perangkat navigasi dan SEWACO (Sensor, Weapon and Command). Dalam penelitian ini kami merancang suatu sistem pertahanan terhadap GPS jamming pada kapal perang Republik Indonesia dengan menggunakan perangkat gyro inersial sebagai backup data PNT apabila GPS dalam kondisi terjamming melalui Data Distribution Unit (DDU). Analisa dan percobaan sistem tersebut dilaksanakan secara langsung di KRI sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diterapkan secara langsung pada sistem sewaco. Dari hasil percobaan, DDU dapat melakukan auto switching data PNT dari perangkat GPS ke perangkat gyro inersial apabila GPS dalam kondisi terjammer dan mendistribusikan data tersebut dengan format NMEA-0183. Dari analisa terhadap akurasi dan presisi terhadap gyro inersial, data PNT gyro tersebut memiliki nilai HDOP sebesar 0,695 dengan peak of error horizontal sebesar 2,62 meter dan standar deviasi (latitude/longitude) sebesar 0,742 meter / 0,861 meter.
