Analisa Performansi Sistem Kendali Frekuensi Tenaga Listrik Multimesin Dengan Metoda Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR)

Abstract


This journal discusses about the performance analysis of frequency control power system in multi machine with Linear Quadratic Regulator method (LQR). The frequency control power system in multi machine is power subsystem consists of two or more generators are interconnected each other and the most influential subsystem on the performance of power system primarily to the performance toward frequency deviation responses of the power system. The Performance of frequency deviation response power system is one of the important factors that must be considered in the operation of electric power system and the indicator show the performance of the power system during disturbance. Disturbances causes changes in parameter values which lead to frequency control power system in multi machine will be disrupted so it  result system no longer able to work normally after disturbance. By using the method of Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) is conducted performance analysis of frequency control power system in multi machine. The Performance analysis was conducted on the performance analysis in the time and frequency domain. The result of analysis shows that the performance of frequency deviation response in of multi machine frequency control power system with Linear Quadratic Regulaetor method has better performance.

Abstrak

Jurnal ini membahas tentang analisa performansi sistem kendali frekuensi tenaga listrik multimesin dengan metoda Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR). Sistem kendali frekuensi tenaga listrik multimesin ini merupakan subsistem tenaga listrik yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih generator yang saling terinterkoneksi dan merupakan subsistem yang paling berpengaruh terhadap performansi sistem tenaga listrik terutama performansi terhadap tanggapan deviasi frekuensi sistem tenaga listrik. Performansi tanggapan deviasi frekuensi sistem tenaga listrik ini  merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam operasi sistem tenaga listrik dan merupakan salah satu indikator yang menunjukkan performansi sistem tenaga listrik saat terjadi gangguan. Gangguan – gangguan ini menyebabkanperubahan nilai parameter yang mengakibatkansistem kendali frekuensi tenaga listrik multimesin akan terganggu dan berakibat sistem tidak mampu lagi bekerja secara normal setelah mengalami gangguan. Dengan menggunakan metoda Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) dilakukan analisa performansi tanggapan deviasi frekuensi dari sistem kendali frekuensi tenaga listrik multimesin. Analisa performansi yang dilakukan meliputi analisa performansi dalam domain waktu dan domain frekuensi. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa performansi tanggapan deviasi frekuensi sistem kendali frekuensi tenaga listrik multimesin dengan metoda metoda Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) mempuyai performansi yang lebih baik.
